Shipping policy

We anticipate to process all orders within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an additional email to notify you once your order has shipped. 

At times there are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, due to these external factors, shipping times can be subject to change. For the latest updates and expected delivery timeframes, please visit Australia Post 

Please note for custom orders, they will be processed once your order has been produced. We anticipate production to take roughly 1 week as a guideline. During peak times or sale promotions this timeframe may extend so please order earlier if you have a special occasion you require your custom product. 

Domestic Australian Shipping: 

We are a small Australian business and have limited space in our warehouse. To be able to keep a higher stock and meet our customer demand some products are shipped from an external warehouse and may take a little longer to reach you. 

Free Shipping qualifies for items that are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse, can take up to 18 business days for delivery. Please note, if your item is coming from our fulfillment warehouse, unfortunately, we cannot upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. 

Standard Post can take up to 7 business days for delivery

Express Post can take up to 1-3 business days for delivery

Partial Delivery: Please note that some orders will require separate shipping, depending on where your selected items are located. You will not be charged additional for partial shipping. We will notify you via email when each individual item is shipped if partial delivery is required. 

International Shipping:

Free Shipping qualifies for items that are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse, can take up to 18 business days for delivery. Please note, if your item is coming from our fulfillment warehouse, unfortunately, we cannot upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. 

Shipping from our Australian warehouse shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are live rates from Sendle to ensure they are most accurate. Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. All International orders are shipped with Sendle.

Kindly note, any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Also, due to situations beyond our control, there can be disruptions or delays with carriers during transit; hence, all transit times listed are estimates only. Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with tracking information.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note tracking is only available via email for orders shipped within Australia. If you require tracking for items from our fulfillment warehouse, please contact us at info@storkke.com.au 

If you haven’t received your order within the highlighted timeframes, please contact us at info@storkke.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We’re an online-only retailer. This means that we don’t have any physical stores, and due to safety reasons we can’t let customers into our Fulfilment Centre. 

If you have questions about a product, our friendly Customer Service team is here to help.

ORDERS

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be issued. You will receive this via an email notification. Please note, that email tracking is only available for items delivered within our Australian warehouse.

Tracking numbers are not provided for items that are shipped from our fulfilment centres. You can still check the status of your order by contacting us at info@babystork.com.au

Our carrier may experience a few day's delay in transit, this is normal and is due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery journey. It does not need to be cause for concern, however, if you are unsure keep an eye on your tracking details or contact the carrier for delivery network updates.

Once you've placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent.

Your confirmation will be sent to the same email address that was used when placing your order.

Sometimes this can be hidden in your junk mail, so please be sure to check there too!

Once an order has been placed Baby Stork are unable to cancel your order or make any amendments.

Faulty Products

At Baby Stork customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds, returns or replacements for faulty products, in accordance with, the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. All products purchased are final unless deemed faulty.

All items are quality-checked during packing. If you do receive a faulty product please DO NOT USE and report this to info@babystork.com.au immediately.

Our products are made from high quality materials and when treated with care have a good longevity.

Each product on our website has it's own set of care instructions, which will help you get the most out of your products.

At Baby Stork, we aim to always have your favourite products available. Due to popularity, some items do sell out quickly. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Some products in our ranges we can restock. You can nominate to be emailed when a product in back in stock through the product page.
